fog city diner

{H&M Aids collection maxi, thrifted denim, Ya Living scarf, Marc by Marc Jacobs magazine clutch, Dolce Vita wedges. Emily Elizabeth necklace, vintage turquoise cuff, Vera by Vera Wang knot bracelet}

Visiting my parents always requires multiple layers, and then some, it's that cold. Well it's more foggy than anything, it'd be a cold day in hell, before you can expect the sun to shine and actually heat something up in Daly City. So I dressed accordingly, even though a billowy summertime frock, and open toe wedges did seem a little out of place. I threw on this little denim jacket, and wrapped my favorite scarf until my neck could no longer feel the whiplash of the wind, and braved the elements.

Several hours later, the temperature barely risen, the sun out but even windier now, we attempted to dine (outside no less) at my all time fave Italian place, Cafe Zoetrope. I love this place, it's my go to, never fail joint in North Beach. We ordered the prosciutto and arugula pizza, and the larger than normal sized pitcher of the house red. Both satisfied the troops nicely...and then some.

  1. That arugula pizza looks so delicious, and so healthy. I love that combination.

    Adore the layers in your outfit, especially the accessories! Your scarf looks so comfy, and I'm absolutely envious of your clutch + knot bracelet.
