how to style pajama pants for an outdoor look

{thrifted denim jacket and pins, J. Crew factory tee, Anthropologie pajama pants, Zara heels, Marc by Marc Jacobs magazine clutch}

Comfort is key, right? When I spotted these pajama look-a-likes at Anthropologie (on sale no less) I instantly thought up several different ways to style them for fall. I brought my new pants home, and imagine my surprise when I found out they were indeed real pajama bottoms! At first I was a little skeptical on if I could pull the whole look off, but when I put them on, they were so comfortable that I just couldn't take them back. So, about my attempt to style these bad boys up- what do you think??

Style Tip: Pair your silky pajama bottoms with heels to elongate your legs, and add a day clutch for a less off-the-cuff look!

  3. I think the heels and casual tee make this outfit! I love it.

    Also...what color lipstick are you wearing? We're similar skintones and it looks like the perfect neutral, every day pink.

  7. I love pj pants for day wear. I have a pair from Zara and I can't wait to wear them... I think of them more like my grandpa pants. Thanks for the style inspiration :)

    I've been searching for a pair of printed pants everywhere but can't seem to find any that aren't leopard print (got those) or just full on geometric ... but these ones are lovely :-)
