{Mom's vintage fur (will someone buy me this one, please?), Bloomingdales beanie, Karen Walker Super shades, True Religion denim, Coach boots c/o DSW}

Going without gloves or some sort of hat protection would of made for a really bad decision and uncomfortably frozen appendages, even theses shots couldn't justify me removing my manly gloves for even a moment- I tried it, I couldn't hang. Remember, 9 degrees, my friends. Anyways, the whole vibe is giving me 70's snow bunny goes to Studio 54, I kinda dig.

This vintage fur, was kind of a happy accident. I was at my mom's place right before our flight, and wearing only a moto leather jacket and long sweater. She asked if that is what I was planning on wearing in Montreal (as mom's do), I said something about having another coat in my luggage. Then I had the brilliant idea to ask if she had any white fur coats, I knew she did. She pulled out this beauty, my dad gave it to her prior to my birth, and I practically kept it on the whole flight, and most of the whole trip.

By the way, my friends over at TOKYObay are hosting a sweet sale through Tuesday, check it out!

  1. That fur is everything that glamorous could possibly be! That is so sweet that your dad gave it to your mom prior to your birth. What an amazing push present! Glad you found a super stylish way to stay kind of warm in Montreal! xoxo, BA

  5. You're here in my hometown? Wow! Go have some very excellent Canadian
    food at Pied de Cochon (reserve, or go early and sit at the bar), clothing boutiques with amazing
    Montreal designers that you would love (Boutique Unicorn) awesome cute
    home decor (V de V) high end department stores (Holt Renfrew,
    Ogilvy's) and classy cocktail spots (Whisky Cafe) plus awesome raw and
    vegetarian food (Crudessence, Aux Vivres) and street food (24 hour
    bagel shops with Arachova Tzatziki, anyone?). Hope you have a great time!

  6. PS LOVE the fur, the only way to roll in this city, frankly. I hope you are staying warm! At least it's in the mid 30's today!
    I got so excited I forgot to put the names of the bagel shops: Fairmount or St. Viateur will do it up right. Get them hot out of the oven and dip directly into tzatziki that you get right there. Oh yeah and Avenue cafe on Mont Royal street for brunch!
