I'll tell you a funny story about this hat. The hat I'm always wearing on my Instagram and on the weekends in real life. When I was in Boston not too long ago I walked into a Goorin Bros near Cambridge and fell in love with this hat, I didn't buy it then but thought about it for a few weeks after. They didn't have it online, so I called corporate and they said they had one left in an SF store, ironically enough. I put it on hold, buy it, love it, wear it to death.
Sometime later on a flight back from Victoria, BC (where I of course bring my hat) I leave my prized possession at the customs stand, completely ignorant to that fact until after I reach my connecting flight after what was already a very long day (first flight canceled, 13 hours in the airport, etc). Of course when I do head back the customs agent won't let me back in, I plead, I cry (embarrassing but true), to no avail, they are not budging. I even send out a few, ahem, tweets to get Seattle Airport to pay me some attention. In the end I never got my hat back. Some customs agent is currently rocking my fabulous fedora. If you see them let me know it's mine!
Devastated but not deterred, I contact Goorin corporate again and ask if they have a replacement. They do! And again, ironically, it's in the Seattle store. They ship it, I love it, I overwear it, and here we are. The End.
