A few years ago I had a major haircut, no, it wasn't at a fancy expensive salon. It was at a local place on recommendation of my sister and I chopped a significant amount off —it was a good 7 inches. For a curly haired gal that's a lot, and much can go wrong when you don't account for the springiness of the curls! At that point I had long curly hair most of my life so I decided to go for the chop, a LOB, or long bob if you will. And boy was I glad I did. I have never felt more confident and attractive for that matter- there is such a coolness to a girl with a great haircut, who knows and owns it.
Fast forward years later every so often I'll go back to that short haircut. Last year I grew out my hair to have longish locks for my wedding, since everyone was telling me I'd want long hair for the wedding. So since October of last year I've been itching to get a good cut. Towards the beginning of the year I got just that when I went to Cinta Salon in San Francisco. Nate, my hairdresser knew I was ready for the chop since every time to went to him to get a blowout we'd chat about it. And he did such a good job! The sleek ambiance at Cinta didn't hurt either. I love going to Cinta for a little pampering and can't wait to head back for a refresh when my locks get a little too long for my liking.
