I'm a petite girl, one because I have a smaller frame and two because I work really hard to make sure I actually work out three, maybe four times a week. So you would think I'd rock body skimming fabrics with tiny hems and barely there coverage but I actually have an infatuation with the opposite. I've always loved lots of volume in my clothing- an oversized sweater, a boyfriend baggy denim cut, multiple layers. So when the volume trend sort of snuck up months ago I was pleased to partake.
These watermelon culottes are actually everything, in person they are gorgeous and pair beautifully with the flowing, side-split blouse I found on major sale at Zara. I added a classic camel coat because a camel coat just goes with everything. Topped it off with one of my favorite hairstyles- a little menswear, a little 20's, and hoop earrings to modernize it a bit. The only thing I would of changed would be the shoes, while these flats are gorgeous, looking back at these images a nice pair of heels would of made this outfit 100%.
