The holiday are most definitely here, and in an instant, they will be gone, so I'm wearing the hell out of all my favorite sparkly, festive, and holiday-hued things. This look encompasses three of the things you will most likely see me in for most of the year — something a little extra/wow factor article of clothing, hoop earrings and comfortable yet stylish flat shoes.

Something extra/wow factor — this festive dress is it! It's from Rent the Runway, and I wanted to wear it casually for daytime in a preppy way. Of course, I thought about layering it with a classic white button up and tie it with a bow, quite literally. The hue of the gold sequins are stunning and feel so regal. I say we push for sequins year-round.

Hoop earrings — hands down almost every day I'm in a pair of hoops. I'm partial to thin, gold, medium to large hoops and Maison Miru are my absolute favorites right now. The MM team sent over a few packages my way this year and I'm so grateful to have encountered this brand, their jewelry is dainty, and works perfectly with most of my elaborate outfits, it never outshines and only compliments it.

Comfy and stylish flat shoes — If you live in a big city, you get why flat shoes are needed. But I don't want to ever do boring flat shoes; I rarely wear sneakers outside of the gym/runs. So when I heard about Arno Coop, honest fashion, direct from Italy, I was smitten, I mean, Italian leather speaks for itself but when you know the owners you feel especially proud of the collection and wear the hell out of it. These Chianti booties have made my last two weeks. The hue is a festive burgundy and works with most looks as you can tell especially the sparkle preppy look I'm donning above. :)
